Deville throttle was formed in 2003 as a four piece rock band, based out of Kerrobert, SK.

They recorded their first album "living through you" in 2003 with Phil Anderson at Powersounds in Edmonton, AB. Later that year Shilo Doetzel joined the band making it a five piece. Bass player Andy Turnbull left shortly after to further his education, and was replaced by Dustin Ereiser in 2004. Deville played some big shows that year including; opening gigs for April Wine, Default, High Holy Days, Chunk and Chrome as well as a beer garden appearance at Craven 'Rockin The Valley'.

Winter 2004 they returned to Phil Anderson at Powersounds to record their second disc "Deville Throttle". One year later Shilo left the band and was replaced by Calgary, AB guitarist Malcolm Crooks.

Deville Throttle is currently living, working, and playing in Calgary, AB.
