Policy
Refunds Due to Cancellation of Opportunity by Organizer
Full
refunds, less credit card and transaction fees per registrant, will be granted
for events cancelled prior to the date of the event. Refunds will not be given
for event no-shows by the registrant.
Refunds Due to Opportunity Cancellation by Registrant
Full
refunds, less credit card and transaction fees per registrant, will be granted
to cancellations received 24 hours prior to the registration deadline of the
event. Refunds/cancellations will not be given if cancellation is received less
than 24 hours prior to the event registration deadline.
Non-Member Artist Profile Submissions
Artist
profile submissions for non-member artists are non-refundable.
Membership Refunds
BusBoy Music provides a 30
day termination period for all Artist membership payment periods. If the Artist
Member elects to terminate membership within 30 days of purchase, the membership
fee will be reimbursed less the sum value of all artist profile submissions by
the Artist prior to termination. The sum value of profile submissions will be
calculated at the non-member cost of Artist profile submissions during the time
of membership, prior to termination.
